Beat of Africa Foundation which is a non-profit entity
that the organization will by means of it give back to
the communities they work with for every production
and story covered.
Part of the proceeds made from our documentaries
will be put back into the community through our
Foundation programs.
We aim to instill the love for wildlife in mostly; black
communities who though have always coexisted with
animals still do not have the full comprehension and
appreciation of the entire ecosystem.
As they always say that a journey of a thousand mile
begins with one step, we believe that the more people
get to appreciate wildlife the more wildlife
conservation ambassador we will be raising.
We plan to achieve this by working together with
qualified service providers in the industry.
1.Beat of Africa Productions through its Foundation
has chosen Alweet Academy in Makuleke Village,
Limpopo Province which has the same vision and
share same values as Beat of Africa to be one of the
beneficiaries from this project.
Alweet Academy is a registered private
company for nature guides training that
aims to offer world-class nature and culture
guides training services accredited by
Cathseta as well as communication skills ie.
English language to enhance the quality of
the services that the guides will be offering.
The academy is founded by Mr. Alweet
Hlungwani who is a qualified safari nature guide
currently working at Pafuri Return Africa with over
15 yrs of experience.
Mr Hlungwani says the objective of the academy is to
have a Nature guide training center that is rural
community based and therefore would require
ongoing financial support to be able to subsidise the
fees that learners have to pay without compromising
the quality
2.Beat of Africa foundation has again
partnered with Sydneys African Wild Safaris
which is another Business operating in the
Limpopo Province that shares the same
vision and passion for Wildlife conservation
as Beat of Africa.
The business is founded by the the multi-
Industry award winner Sydney Fhumulani
Mikosi aka. Mr. Dung Beetles, apart from his
many years of services for various gave
reserves in the country including Sanparks he
also was a presenter for Safari Live a channel
183 program.
Sydney’s African Wild Safaris is an ecotourism
operator dedicated to conserving and restoring
Africa’s wilderness and wildlife.
They do this by creating life-changing
journeys for our guests in some of the most
remote and pristine areas in Africa – and in so
doing help conserve Africa’s spectacular
biodiversity and share ecotourism’s benefits
with the communities that live alongside these
areas.
